they request you to do so.

Never talk more about one thing to someone
before knowing that they have some knowledge about that thing.

Do not shout.
·
Don’t talk continuously.
·
Use few words to explain anything(summarize).
·
Do not ask questions with optional answers.
·
Talk without slang.
·
Have few questions during a conversation else
interact.
·
First listen and then talk.
·
Try to slow down the speech for eg; while
reciting a phone number. This will show that you are not nervous of unsure.

Talk not or praise not about one’s physical
appearance.
·
Content spoken and how it is spoken is
important.
Anger Management:

Think of your kids when you are angry with your
parents.

Whether anybody, anywhere gossips about you it
won’t affect even your single tiny part of your life.

Make a note of happenings, people and
environment that makes you to get anger.

Have a look at your personal anger signs.

Do not try to punch any things like pillow, wall
